HIWI for programming tasks on the robot IURO
IURO is a robot that is able to drive around the city in Munich. In order to get it to work, a complex software infrastructure is required, where many pieces of modular code need to work together seamlessly. Your job would consider of various programming tasks that can involve 3d mapping with laser sensors, computer vision taks, path planning, etc...
To be a good fit for this position you should be:
- Interested in robotics/computer vision/machine learning.
- A good programmer, with experience in C++ and/or Python.
- Ideally with experience compiling/linking, using third party libraries, using SVN/GIT, CMake, etc.
- Be able to solve problems/debug by yourself.
