Andreas' diploma thesis with the Institute for Cognitive Systems (ICS), Technische Universität München, Munich, Germany was carried out at the Autonomous Robotics Laboratory of the CSIRO ICT Centre at the Queensland Centre for Advanced Technologies (QCAT), Brisbane, Australia in the field of Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) for autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles.
Prior to that he received the bachelor of science degree (B.Sc.) in Information Technology in 2009 from the Technische Universität München, Munich, Germany.
